Agree generally, but “flexible vs inflexible” is quite complicated here and much more of a spectrum and multidimensional. Eg: what is more flexible, a 100MW facility 2 hours outside of NY with liquid cooling and heavy foundation but a tough path to increased power or a 250 MW facility in a dense metro with air cooling and tons of onsite power gen that currently sits idle? I have no idea. My point is that I suspect the reason we have a worse vocab than offices is because they are more complex. Anyhow, CRE “classes” are just based on consensus not anything formal or quantitative
